OUR BOOKING POLICY
CLIENTS MUST PAY FOR THE SHOOT TO CONFIRM BOOKING PRIOR TO THE SHOOT DATE.
FOR DEFINITE AVAILABILITY YOU MUST BOOK 72 -48 HRS PRIOR. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS ARE OK, BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY.
CANCELLATIONS
THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $50/ HR OF BOOKING TIME IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU BOOK A 1 HR SHOOT AND YOU CANCEL THE FEE WILL BE $50 IF YOU BOOK A 2 HR SHOOT AND YOU CANCEL THERE WILL BE A $100 CANCELLATION FEE.
BOOKING POLICY FOR WEDDING EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
To confirm booking, payment is due 21 days prior to event. DUE DATE IS LISTED ON INVOICE.
Cancellations & Refunds.
-There will be a 75% refund if booking is 20 days away.
-There will be a 50% refund if booking is 14 days away.
-There will be a 25% refund if booking is 7 days away.
-THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS WITHIN THE WEEK OF BOOKING.
NOTE:
*In the event that there is an emergency or a situation where the chosen photographer has to cancel, you will be offered a substitute up to par with proof of their work at the same rate listed above, or you can request a 100% refund.
COVID-19
Due to restrictions of Covid -19 photographer will be wearing a face mask and will abide the social distancing guidelines of standing 6 ft apart from all guest during the duration of the shoot.
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID TO CONFIRM YOUR SHOOT DATE.
